What I've done

I've collaborated on a number of large web projects, for people ranging from the City of York Council to BBC English Regions. Here, though, is some of the work for which I claim the main credit.

Young People's Survival Guide to York

Online version of a printed guide for young people

Website design and development specifically intended to reflect the design of the printed book. Fully responsive site with a tailored mobile experience, developed in Wordpress to allow them to update content each year.

Simon Town

An independent consultancy supporting community organisations and businesses

Branding, website design and development, domain hosting and email setup, integration with Google search and deployment of a user-friendly content management system.

Whitchurch Plumbing and Heating Services

A local heating engineer service, specialising in energy-efficient oil systems

Logo, branding, research, full copyrighting and website design, based on a back-end developed by my fine colleagues at TheDaddy.org. Photographs are all sourced from stock.xchng.

An information, advice, guidance and counselling service for young people in the City of York

Includes original photography, a "latest news" widget powered by Twitter, films showing the centre and its location and more. The design is entirely my own but is based on a pre-existing logo.
